Today was the 2nd competition of the Summer 3 Program – Format was Best Ball of the Group – Low Gross by Division. Our training theme this week was “Perseverance” – steady action over a period of time despite challenges, difficulties, obstacles, or frustration. We discussed what types of action it takes to overcome challenges and frustration and talked about deep breathing and the importance of asking questions to learn and overcome difficulties.
