Today was the final competition of the Summer 3 Program – The JTG Individual Championship – Low Gross by Division.
Training theme this week was “fun” – something which brings an excited sense of joy. We discussed how working hard for a goal and experiencing some success brings that excited sense of joy and how working hard and striving for big challenges makes for a life full of fun!!!
