The 2nd competition of the Summer 3 Program – Team Shamble – Low Gross. Our training theme this week was “Perseverance”-steady action over a period of time despite difficulties, obstacles, challenges, or frustration. We discussed not giving up and thinking about the “action”. To overcome difficulties et al, sometimes we need to be willing to ask questions and get out of our comfort zone.
